Ingredients:
  • 0. 5kg flour
  • 0.3kg butter
  • 100g sugar
  • 200g chopped almonds
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 0.5 packet baking powder
  • 3 teaspoons cognac
  • 0.2kg icing sugar
  • Rose water

Sposób przygotowania

Preparation:
In a mixer blend together the butter with the egg yolks and sugar until everything turns white. Add the flour, baking powder and cognac and after mixing thoroughly, the chopped almonds. Mix until an even consistency is achieved. Divide the mixture into any shapes you like on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 160¬oC for around 20 minutes. After baking sprinkle with rose water and plenty of icing sugar.
