Ingredients:
First mixture:
  • 12 eggs
  • 250g sugar

Second mixture:
  • 400g milk
  • 230g olive oil
  • 1 glass (40 ml) cognac
  • 1.5 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Third mixture:
  • 350g breadcrumbs
  • 1.5 teaspoon baking powder
  • 500g crushed walnuts

Syrup:
  • 1kg sugar
  • 1litre water
  • 100g glucose
  • Vanilla essence

Sposób przygotowania

Preparation:
Put the first mixture into a bowl and beat together until its volume increases. Combine the ingredients of the second mixture and add them to the first mixture. Do the same with the third mixture. Put into a greased baking tray and bake in a 180 degree oven for around 30 minutes. When finished pour over the cooled syrup.
