Ingredients:- 100g Royal Castle crayfish tails
- 1 shallot
- 2 tablespoons of chopped chives
- Royal Castle tuna paste
- 50g Royal Castle black caviar
Sposób przygotowania
Preparation:Finely chop the crayfish tails (leaving 4 whole to garnish with later) and the shallot. Mix together the chives and the tuna paste. Place the paste in 4 teaspoons, garnishing each one with a crayfish tail and a small amount of caviar.
