Ingredients:
  • 100g Royal Castle crayfish tails
  • 1 shallot
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped chives
  • Royal Castle tuna paste
  • 50g Royal Castle black caviar

Sposób przygotowania

Preparation:
Finely chop the crayfish tails (leaving 4 whole to garnish with later) and the shallot. Mix together the chives and the tuna paste. Place the paste in 4 teaspoons, garnishing each one with a crayfish tail and a small amount of caviar.
