Ingredients:- 1 packet of Royal Castle prawns with garlic and parsley
- 320g corn salad
- 1 green apple
- 50g Royal Castle red lumpfish caviar
- juice of half a lime
- salt, pepper
Sposób przygotowania
Preparation:Slice the apple into eighths. Drain the prawns, retaining the marinade to prepare the sauce. Place the salad, apple and prawns in a bowl. Meanwhile prepare the sauce; add the lime juice to the marinade and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with the red caviar.
