Ingredients:
  • 1 packet of Royal Castle prawns with garlic and parsley
  • 320g corn salad
  • 1 green apple
  • 50g Royal Castle red lumpfish caviar
  • juice of half a lime
  • salt, pepper

Sposób przygotowania

Preparation:
Slice the apple into eighths. Drain the prawns, retaining the marinade to prepare the sauce. Place the salad, apple and prawns in a bowl. Meanwhile prepare the sauce; add the lime juice to the marinade and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with the red caviar.

Serves 4.
