Greek cuisine at Christmas

Ingredients:- 50g Royal Castle salmon caviar
- 50g Royal Castle black caviar
- 250ml thick sour cream
- 50g flour
- 50g wholemeal flour
- 50g yeast
- 250ml milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 20g butter
- teaspoon of sugar
- pinch of salt
- olive oil
Sposób przygotowania
Preparation:Melt the butter. Mix the yeast with warm milk and set aside so that it will rise. Mix the flour with salt and sugar, adding the risen yeast, egg yolks and melted butter and mix everything together. Leave in a warm place for around 30 minutes for the mixture to rise. Fry in heated oil and serve with the cream and caviar.
