Ingredients:
  • 500ml fish stock
  • Royal Castle salmon paste
  • 150g diced smoked salmon
  • 150ml crème fraîche
  • 50g cold butter
  • salt, pepper

Sposób przygotowania

Preparation:
Boil the fish stock, add the salmon paste and liquidize. Add the crème fraîche, salt and pepper and bring to the boil on a low heat. Finally add the butter and liquidize until the mixture has a frothy consistency. Serve, garnishing with the smoked salmon.

Serves 4.
