Greek cuisine at Christmas

Ingredients:- 500ml fish stock
- Royal Castle salmon paste
- 150g diced smoked salmon
- 150ml crème fraîche
- 50g cold butter
- salt, pepper
Sposób przygotowania
Preparation:Boil the fish stock, add the salmon paste and liquidize. Add the crème fraîche, salt and pepper and bring to the boil on a low heat. Finally add the butter and liquidize until the mixture has a frothy consistency. Serve, garnishing with the smoked salmon.
