Ingredients:
  • 150g Royal Castle surimi
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g breadcrumbs
  • 100g grated parmesan
  • 20 basil leaves
  • deep-fat frying oil

Sauce:
  • 50g Royal Castle red lumpfish caviar
  • 100ml natural yoghurt
  • juice of half a lime
  • white pepper

Sposób przygotowania

Preparation:
Open each surimi carefully and place inside 2 basil leaves. Mix the breadcrumbs with the parmesan. On a separate plate whisk the eggs. Coat the surimi twice in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs and parmesan and deep-fat fry them. Prepare the sauce by mixing all the ingredients together. Serve the surimi warm with the cold sauce.

Serves 4.
