Greek cuisine at Christmas

Ingredients:- 150g Royal Castle surimi
- 2 eggs
- 100g breadcrumbs
- 100g grated parmesan
- 20 basil leaves
- deep-fat frying oil
Sauce:
- 50g Royal Castle red lumpfish caviar
- 100ml natural yoghurt
- juice of half a lime
- white pepper
Sposób przygotowania
Preparation:Open each surimi carefully and place inside 2 basil leaves. Mix the breadcrumbs with the parmesan. On a separate plate whisk the eggs. Coat the surimi twice in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs and parmesan and deep-fat fry them. Prepare the sauce by mixing all the ingredients together. Serve the surimi warm with the cold sauce.
