Ingredients:- 4 bunches of baby carrots, peeled and chopped
- 3 sticks of celery cut into 2.5cm pieces
- The florets of 1 small cauliflower
Marinade:
- 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds, roasted in the pan 1.5l of water
- 1 ½ tablespoons of coriander seeds, roasted in the pan 750ml rice vinegar 750gr sugar
- 125 g salt
Sposób przygotowania
Preparation:Boil the water, add the sugar, salt, seasoning and vinegar. Pour the marinade over the vegetables individually and leave to cool at room temperature. Use after around 5 days as an accompaniment to meat.
