Ingredients:Marinade:
- 4 panga filets
- ½ glass of chopped chives
- 3 tablespoons of chopped ginger
- 3 tablespoons of dry sherry
- 2 tablespoons of peanut oil
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
Sauce:
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons of dry sherry
- 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce
- 1 star anise
Sposób przygotowania
Preparation:Defrost and dry the panga. Mix together all the marinade ingredients and marinate the fish for around 2 hours.
Mix all the ingredients together in a saucepan and cook for around 5 minutes until the right consistency is attained. Remove the anise and set aside.
Steam the fish, pour over some sauce and before serving sprinkle over some chopped chives.
