Ingredients:
Marinade:
  • 4 panga filets
  • ½ glass of chopped chives
  • 3 tablespoons of chopped ginger
  • 3 tablespoons of dry sherry
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut oil
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce

Sauce:
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons of dry sherry
  • 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce
  • 1 star anise

Sposób przygotowania

Preparation:
Defrost and dry the panga. Mix together all the marinade ingredients and marinate the fish for around 2 hours.

Mix all the ingredients together in a saucepan and cook for around 5 minutes until the right consistency is attained. Remove the anise and set aside.
Steam the fish, pour over some sauce and before serving sprinkle over some chopped chives.
