Ingredients:- 2 tablespoons of chopped shallots
- 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 teaspoons of chopped ginger
- ¼ teaspoon of sesame oil
- 10 kumquats
- 0.5 kg of spinach
- 1 avocado chopped into cubes
Sposób przygotowania
Preparation:Mix the first five ingredients together in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Chop the kumquat and mix with the (washed) spinach and avocado. Pour over the sauce and mix again. Transfer to serving bowls.
