Ingredients:

• 1.5 kg Campina-President cheese
• 400 g bitter chocolate
• 100 ml Irish liqueur
• 4 eggs
• 150 g sugar
• Packet of sponge

Sposób przygotowania

Preparation:
Line a circular cake tin with the sponge.
Whip the eggs (yolks and whites) until frothy.
Melt the chocolate and mix together with the cheese and whipped eggs.
Pour the mixture into the cake tin and bake for 60 minutes at 1700. Leave to cool and set aside in a cool place for 24 hours before serving.
