  • 1 large orange
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • half glass brown sugar

Preparation:
Clean the orange thoroughly in hot water and boil in its skin, then grate it without removing the zest. Mix the egg yolks with the sugar and add to the orange. Beat the egg whites until stiff, add the flour and carefully combine with the eggs and the orange. Put the mixture into a heat-resistant dish that has been greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs. Place in a pre-heated oven and bake for 20 minutes. Decorate with brown sugar or whipped cream and pieces of orange. Serve hot or cold.
