Ingredients:- 2 tomatoes
- Some sea salt
- Salted water
- 700gr rock salt
- 2 litres of plain water
- Coriander sauce
- 1 bunch of coriander
- 100ml rice vinegar
- 150 ml grape seed oil
Sposób przygotowania
Preparation:Prepare salted water by mixing plain water and salt. Put 4 tablespoons of salted water, the coriander, vinegar and oil into a liquidizer, liquidize thoroughly and strain through a fine sieve. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Pour the sauce onto serving plates, place the slices of tomatoes on top and sprinkle over with sea salt and a few coriander leaves.
