Ingredients:- 6 dried shiitake mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon of granulated dashi
- 3 tablespoons of miso paste
- 2 tablespoons of soya sauce
- 200g somen noodles
- 1 bunch of finely chopped chives
Sposób przygotowania
Preparation:Pour boiling water over the mushrooms and set aside for 30 minutes. Remove the mushrooms from the water and slice into strips.
Add the dashi to 1 litre of water, followed by the miso paste, the soya sauce and the sliced mushrooms. Cook for 10 minutes.
Boil water in a pan and add the somen noodles. Cook for 3 minutes. Drain the noodles and place in serving bowls. Pour over the miso soup and garnish with the chopped chives.
Serves 4.
