- 2.4 kg frozen duck
- 1kg apples (e.g. russet)
- marjoram, garlic, salt, pepper
- 0.7 kg potatoes
- 1 jar of cranberrie
Sposób przygotowania
Defrost the duck in the fridge overnight. Rub with the pepper, salt and marjoram and set aside for 3 hours. Stuff the duck with the peeled apples. Roast in the oven for around 1.5-2 hours at a temperature of 160-1700 C.Half-boil the potatoes and then place them in with the duck for the final 20 minutes of roasting time.
Serve with the cranberries.
