Ingredients:
  • approx. 100g pasta (two nests)
  • 75g frozen spinach
  • 25g gorgonzola
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of double cream and 1 tablespoon of butter

Preparation:
Add the pasta to boiling, salted water. Cook for a shorter time than is given on the packet. Meanwhile add two tablespoons of olive oil to a moderately hot frying pan, adding the finely chopped garlic and spinach. Fry the spinach until it softens. Season with salt and pepper. Add the double cream and butter followed by the crumbled gorgonzola and mix
thoroughly. As soon as the cheese has completely melted add the drained pasta and mix everything together. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle over with extra virgin olive oil.
