Ingredients:- two nests each of ordinary and spinach "Agnesi Festaiola Paglia e Fieno" pasta – ordinary tagliatellecan also be used
- 3 slices of bacon
- cherry tomatoes
- fresh parsley
- a spoonful of olive oil
- salt and pepper
Sposób przygotowania
Preparation:Add the pasta to a litre of boiling, salted water. Cook for a minute less than is given on the packet. Meanwhile add the olive oil to a heated frying pan and fry the slices of bacon, adding the halved tomatoes. After draining the pasta add it to the frying pan. Add the parsley, salt and pepper. Now simply mix the ingredients together and serve. Season with freshly grated parmesan and a few drops of extra virgin olive oil.
