Ingredients:- Young cabbage – not too large
- 1/4 pork blade
- 1 sprig of dill
- 1 onion
- salt, ground pepper
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 bay leaves
- allspice
Sposób przygotowania
Preparation:Slice and salt the cabbage, setting aside for 30 minutes until it softens.
Cut the pork into cubes (1.5 by 1.5cm) and stew with the onion and seasoning until the meat softens.
Add the cabbage, lemon juice and finally the chopped dill.
Cook until softened.
Serve with bread.
Serves 4.
