Ingredients:
  • 1 packet of crayfish (150g)
  • 200g chanterelle mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 1 sprig of dill
  • 50ml dry white wine
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • salt, pepper
  • 50g butter

Sposób przygotowania

Preparation:
Fry the mushrooms and onion in the butter on a low flame.
Add the chopped garlic.
Add the crayfish and finally the wine and dill.

Serve with a green salad and slices of toast.

Serves 4.
