Składniki
Ingredients:- 1 packet of crayfish (150g)
- 200g chanterelle mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 1 sprig of dill
- 50ml dry white wine
- 6 cloves of garlic
- salt, pepper
- 50g butter
Sposób przygotowania
Preparation:Fry the mushrooms and onion in the butter on a low flame.
Add the chopped garlic.
Add the crayfish and finally the wine and dill.
Serve with a green salad and slices of toast.
