Ingredients:
  • 1 packet of spinach lasagne
  • 1 jar of grilled aubergine in olive oil
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 tin of coconut milk
  • 1 packet of Halloumi cheese
  • a few tablespoons of capers
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of coarse-grained flour
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of mixed Provençal herbs
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 small jar of oregano paste
  • 1/2 glass of water for the sauce (if needed)

Sposób przygotowania

Preparation:
Grease the heat-resistant dish with olive oil. Cut the cheese into four pieces. Spread the oregano paste over the lasagne sheets. Place in the dish alternate layers of tomato with crumbled cheese, lasagne and grilled aubergine with crumbled cheese. Pour the remaining olive oil over the surface of the lasagne.
Now prepare the sauce. Add the seasoning, salt and two tablespoons of flour to the coconut milk and mix together.
Pour the sauce over the lasagne, sprinkle over the parmesan and add some capers. Finally, sprinkle freshly ground mixed pepper over the lasagne.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees.
