Igredients:- 200g nut flour
- 200g coarse-grained flour
- 1 baking marzipan (without chocolate)
- 4 slices of blue goat’s cheese
- black olive paste
- rosemary paste
- 2 tablespoons of treacle
- 2 teaspoons of salt
Sposób przygotowania
Preparation:Mix together the nut flour and the coarse-grained flour. Add yeast mixed with malt, water and salt. Cover the resulting dough and set aside to rest.
Divide the dough into small balls, which are then rolled out. Place the filling on each shape, cover with another rolled out ball and pinch the edges shut.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees in a fan assisted oven.
