Ingredients:
  • 500g Mascarpone
  • 1/3 glass of icing sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground green cardamom
  • 2 teaspoons of saffron
  • 1/2 packet of almond flakes
  • 1 packet of dried coconut
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 glass of rice pap

Sposób przygotowania

Preparation:
Add the saffron, cardamom, vanilla sugar and icing sugar to the mascarpone. When the mixture binds together add rice pap – as much as the cheese is able to absorb – to make a mixture that can be formed into shapes. Shape the mixture into balls and lay in a serving dish. Sprinkle over with dried coconut. They can also be placed in ready-made tartlet cases.
