Ingredients:- 1/2 kg of green lentils
- 300g of mushrooms
- 1/2 glass of oil
- 1 teaspoon of pepper/herb mix (pieprz zio³owy)
- 1 teaspoon of curry powder
- 1 teaspoon of nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon of ground caraway seeds
- 1 tablespoon of pepper/herb mix (pieprz zio³owy)
- 1 tablespoon of savory
- 2 tablespoons of salt
- cedar nuts
- vine leaves
Sposób przygotowania
Preparation:Boil water seasoned with a level tablespoon of salt. Add the lentils. Cook on a low heat for around 40 minutes, stirring from time to time. Fry the spices in the oil, adding the coarsely chopped mushrooms and stew for a few minutes. Transfer the drained lentils to the mushrooms and spices, sprinkling over some oatmeal and frying everything together for a few minutes. Liquidize the mixture. Line a baking dish with vine leaves soaked in water and pour in the mixture. Bake in a pre-heated oven (1800 C) for half
an hour. Remove the pâté with the vine leaves and place on a serving dish. Garnish with roasted cedar nuts, pine nuts or sunflower seeds.
