Ingredients:- loin of pork around 2.5cm thick
- 5 cherry tomatoes
- dill
- parsley
- few drops balsamic vinegar
- oil
- salt
- pepper
Sposób przygotowania
Preparation:Clean and dry the meat, rub over with salt and pepper and set aside for 30 minutes. Fry the pork in hot oil in a pan. It shouldn’t be cooked for too long. Halve the tomatoes and after a few moments add them to the frying pork. When serving, season the tomatoes with some salt and pepper, the herbs and drizzle over the balsamic vinegar.
