Ingredients:
  • 1 medium sized chicken
  • 2 onions
  • 1 red and 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 tin pineapple
  • 1 tin skinned tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • flour
  • oil

Sposób przygotowania

Preparation:
Cut the meat into pieces, sprinkle over with salt and pepper and coat in the flour. Brown until golden and place in a separate pan. Thinly slice the onion, cut the pepper into strips and after frying in the same oil as the meat place in the pan with the chicken.
Drain the pineapple and pour the syrup into a saucepan. Add the tomatoes, sugar and vinegar. Bring to the boil, mixing all the time to avoid burning. Cut the pineapple into pieces and add to the sauce. Pour the sauce over the chicken pieces and stew for a dozen or so minutes on a low flame.
Serve with fluffy rice.
