Ingredients:

• heaped teaspoon of delicately flavoured instant coffee
• 1/2 glass water
• 1/2 glass milk (not less than 2% fat content)
• 2 teaspoons sugar
• cream flavoured or vanilla ice-cream (chocolate-vanilla or toffee flavoured also go well)
• whipped cream
• cocoa sauce

Sposób przygotowania

Preparation:
Make the coffee with hot water. Sweeten to taste. Add the milk, leave to cool and place in the fridge (if you’re in a hurry – into the freezer). After cooling pour into a tall glass (3/4 of the way up) and add 2-3 scoops of ice-cream and whipped cream on the top. Pour the cocoa sauce over and serve with a straw.
