Ingredients for 4 portions:
  • 40g chicken leg meat (deboned and deskinned)
  • 2 courgettes
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 8 tablespoons Pomace olive oil
  • juice of 1.5 lemons
  • 100ml dry white wine
  • half teaspoon salt
  • pepper
  • oregano
  • ground mild paprika
  • 2 pressed cloves of garlic
  • 8 kebab skewers

Sposób przygotowania

Preparation:
Clean and dry the meat then cut into approximately 3cm pieces. Prepare the marinade (olive oil, wine, garlic, herbs), cover the meat and leave in the fridge for 2 hours.
Clean, dry and cut the courgette into pieces. Skewer the vegetables and meat onto the kebab skewers, alternating as you go but finishing with a piece of meat.
Grill on both sides for 10-15min.
After grilling sprinkle over with the lemon juice.
