Ingredients:- 4 pork steaks
- 200 ml milk
- 200 ml orange juice
For the sauce:
- 250 g cherries (can be frozen)
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon curry powder
- 1 tablespoon cognac
Sposób przygotowania
Preparation:Marinate the steaks in the milk and orange juice for around 2 hours. Grill the steaks, making sure that you catch the meat juices (e.g. using aluminium foil). Put these juices into a pan, add the cherries, sugar and cognac and cook until the sauce reduces and lightly thickens. Pour the sauce over the steaks before serving.
