Ingrediens:Makes 4 portions:
- 600g pork loin
- 8 slices of aubergine
- 200g Kolios feta
- Salt
- Pepper
- oregano
- sweet ground red paprika
Recipe for Metaxa sauce:
- 1 onion
- 1 fresh pepper
- 1l cream (18 % fat)
- 1 tablespoon of ketchup
- 50ml Metaxa
Sposób przygotowania
Preparation:Flatten the pork loin into slices with a diameter of around 5cm and a thickness of around 1cm. Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Cut the aubergine into slices of around 1cm. The feta should also be square shaped and have a thickness of around 1cm. Brown the pork, aubergine and feta. Make a tower out of the various ingredients (pork, aubergine, feta, pork, aubergine, feta and so on).
Preparation of the sauce: roughly slice the onion and pepper and cook in a small amount of water. When the water has completely evaporated pour in the metaxa and cook until this too evaporates. Add the cream, bring to the boil and add the ketchup. Pour the sauce over the tower and sprinkle over the ground paprika. Serve with vegetables.
