Ingredients:- 30 egg yolks
- 500-700g flour
- 75g yeast
- 50g butter
- 50g raisins
- 100ml milk
- 100g sugar
- Pinch salt
- orange zest
Sposób przygotowania
Preparation:Crumble the yeast and immerse in 3-4 tablespoons of milk. Leave for 5 minutes to dissolve and then mix. Add the butter and sugar to the rest of the milk and mix until the sugar dissolves. Mix the egg yolks together in a large bowl with salt, yeast, milk, sugar, flour, raisins and orange zest. Form the dough into a ball. Knead the dough on a pastry board sprinkled with flour for around 5-8 minutes. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp tea towel and set aside in a warm place for 1.5 hours until it doubles in size. Knead again and leave to rise once again. Transfer to a baking tin and bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 160.
