Ingredients:- 0.5kg shoulder of pork
- 0.5kg shoulder of veal
- 2 dry rolls
- 2 medium onions
- 1 aluminium mould
- 6 eggs
- Tablespoon potato flour
- salt , pepper
- 50g cream (30% fat)
Sposób przygotowania
Preparation:Soak the rolls in milk. Chop the onions and fry in butter until golden brown. Boil 4 eggs. Mince the meat, rolls and onions, seasoning with salt and pepper. Add 2 eggs and the cream, mixing until smooth. Grease the mould with butter breadcrumbs. Put the mixture into the mould. Place the boiled eggs in the minced meat in such a way that they don’t stick to the mould. Bake for 1 hour at 160.
