Ingredients:
  • 0.5kg shoulder of pork
  • 0.5kg shoulder of veal
  • 2 dry rolls
  • 2 medium onions
  • 1 aluminium mould
  • 6 eggs
  • Tablespoon potato flour
  • salt , pepper
  • 50g cream (30% fat)

Sposób przygotowania

Preparation:
Soak the rolls in milk. Chop the onions and fry in butter until golden brown. Boil 4 eggs. Mince the meat, rolls and onions, seasoning with salt and pepper. Add 2 eggs and the cream, mixing until smooth. Grease the mould with butter breadcrumbs. Put the mixture into the mould. Place the boiled eggs in the minced meat in such a way that they don’t stick to the mould. Bake for 1 hour at 160.
