Ingredients:
  • 0.5kg smoked pork bones
  • 750g white sausage
  • 0.5kg smoked sausage
  • 250g smoked bacon
  • 50g horseradish
  • 100g dried porcini mushrooms
  • 2 medium sized onions
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • Bottle of leavening
  • Soup vegetables
  • cream (30 % fat)
  • salt, pepper, bay leaves, all spice, marjoram

Sposób przygotowania

Preparation:
Make the stock from the pork bones and soup vegetables. Season with salt, pepper and bay leaves. Soak the mushrooms. After 2 hours remove the vegetables from the stock. Cook the white sausage in the stock for around 20 minutes. Remove and slice into 4cm large pieces. Cut the bacon into matchsticks, the red sausage into strips, the onion into cubes and fry. Add the fried ingredients and the mushrooms to the soup. Add the leavening, tasting all the time as the amount of leavening necessary depends on its strength. Finally add the horseradish, marjoram, garlic and cream. Serve with boiled eggs.
