Ingredients:- 2 Florinis „Onassis” chilli peppers
- 300g „Kolios” feta
- Kri-Kri 200g drained Greek Kri-Kri yoghurt
- 4 tablespoons of extra virgin „Theofilos” olive oil
- White pepper
Sposób przygotowania
Preparation:Chop up the peppers and liquidize with the olive oil. Crumble or grate the feta into the yoghurt and mix together thoroughly. If the mixture thickens too much, add a bit more yoghurt. Season with the pepper. Serve as a dip with garlic bread or is ideal as an accompaniment to any kind of grilled meat.
