Ingradients:
  • 350g drained Greek Kri-Kri yoghurt
  • 100g double cream
  • 150g honey
  • 4 prunes
  • 4 dried apricots
  • 2 dried figs
  • 100 ml strawberry sauce
  • Mint leaves to garnish

Sposób przygotowania

Preparation:
Mix the yoghurt, cream and honey in a bowl. Finely chop all the dried fruits and add to the yoghurt/cream mixture. Pour into a baking mould and set aside in the fridge for at least 15 minutes. Transfer to a serving plate, pour over the strawberry sauce and garnish with the mint leaves. Tastes best when thoroughly cooled.
