Ingradients:- 350g drained Greek Kri-Kri yoghurt
- 100g double cream
- 150g honey
- 4 prunes
- 4 dried apricots
- 2 dried figs
- 100 ml strawberry sauce
- Mint leaves to garnish
Sposób przygotowania
Preparation:Mix the yoghurt, cream and honey in a bowl. Finely chop all the dried fruits and add to the yoghurt/cream mixture. Pour into a baking mould and set aside in the fridge for at least 15 minutes. Transfer to a serving plate, pour over the strawberry sauce and garnish with the mint leaves. Tastes best when thoroughly cooled.
