Ingredients:- 200g „Kolios” feta
- 1 tomato
- 1 red onion
- 1 green pepper
- 2 chilli peppers
- Extra virgin „Theofilos” olive oil
- „Knossos” oregano
- Ground sweet paprika
Sposób przygotowania
Preparation:Cut the feta lengthwise into 1cm wide slices. Place them on a sheet of aluminium foil sprinkled with olive oil. On the top place a slice of tomato, onion, green pepper and finely chopped chilli pepper. Sprinkle over the oregano and close up the foil. Place on the grill and wait until the foil expands. Carefully open the foil and serve immediately.
