Ingredients:- 12 green chillis from Greek Macedonia
- 100g stoned olives
- 100g garlic butter
- 3 tomatoes
- 250g skinless tinned tomatoes
- 100g Kolios feta
Sposób przygotowania
Preparation:Chilli sauce: fry the sliced chillis in the garlic butter, then add the olives and the finely chopped tomatoes (remove their skins). After a few moments add the liquidised tinned tomatoes, bring to the boil and cook for a short time, constantly mixing. Finally, add the feta and mix until the cheese dissolves. Serve with meat or pasta.
