Ingredients:Makes 4 portions:
- 4 lamb shanks
- 100 g garlic butter
- 5 - 6 cloves garlic
- 100g feta
- Salt, pepper
- Oregano
- Bay leaves
- Sweet ground red paprika
Sposób przygotowania
Preparation:Clean the lamb shanks. Make small cuts in the meat and insert the garlic cloves, bay leaves and feta. Rub with butter and the herbs. Wrap up in aluminium foil, place in a roasting tin and add a small amount of water. Roast for around 1.5 hours at a temperature of 180 ¬¬oC. Best served with roast potatoes.
