Ingredients:Makes 4 portions:
- 20 prawns
- 200g skinless tinned tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 carrots
- 100g feta
- Fresh pepper (1/2 yellow, 1/2 green)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oregano
- dill
- olive oil
Sposób przygotowania
Preparation:Slice the onion and pepper into strips and fry in the oil. Add the thinly sliced carrots and the finely chopped garlic. Add the cubed tomatoes with their juice. Season and stew until soft. Now add the prawns previously browned in butter. Transfer to a heat-resistant dish. Sprinkle over grated feta and bake until golden brown.
