Ingredients:Makes 4 portions:
- 2 aubergines
- 1 onion
- 1 fresh pepper
- 150g button mushrooms
- 1 tomato
- 50 ml cooking oil
- 50g graviera cheese
- dill
- Salt
- Pepper
Sposób przygotowania
Preparation:Slice the aubergine lengthwise in half. Cut out the centres, so making a space for the stuffing. Brush the aubergines with oil, sprinkle over the seasoning and bake in the oven for around 10 minutes at a temperature of 180 ¬¬oC. Chop the aubergine centres with the other vegetables and brown them in some oil. Add the seasoning and the dill. Place the stuffing in the aubergines. The graviera cheese can be grated or thinly sliced and placed on the top of the stuffing. Bake in the oven until the cheese turns a golden brown.
