- 1kg Kri-Kri Greek yoghurt
- 5 garlic cloves
- 100 ml white wine vinegar
- 200 ml „Theofilos” extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cucumber
- dill
- Salt
- White pepper
Sposób przygotowania
Preparation:Liquidize the garlic with the white wine vinegar and the olive oil. Cut the cucumber (with the skin) into cubes. Mix the yoghurt with the liquidized garlic and add the cucumber, chopped dill and some olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
