Ingredients:
  • 1 packet of Kanaki phyllo pastry
  • 1kg spinach
  • 1 onion
  • 250g feta
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • nutmeg
  • Pomace „Theofilos” olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic

Sposób przygotowania

Preparation:
Chop the onion and fry until transparent. Add the finely chopped spinach and cook for 10 minutes before adding the crumbled feta. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Finally, break in the egg and cook for a further minute. Set aside to cool. Take a slice of pastry 9cm long. Put a small amount of mixture on the pastry and fold into the shape of a triangle. Lay out on a baking tray brushed with olive oil. Brush the spanakotyropitaki also with olive oil and bake for around 20 minutes at a temperature of 180oC.
