Ingredients:- 450g packet of Florinis Onassis grilled chilli peppers
- 250g Manouri cheese
- 150g Graviera cheese
- Pomace Theofilos olive oil
Sposób przygotowania
Preparation:Gently remove the peppers from their marinade. Cut the cheese into thin slices the same size as the peppers and place a slice in each pepper. Grate the graviera cheese and sprinkle over each pepper.
The peppers can be grilled, lightly fried (no need to turn them over in the pan) or baked in the oven.
Cooking time should be short as the cheese should just begin melting before serving.
